No. No plan takes a percentage of your booking revenue. The Vendor Network is free for hosts on every plan: vendors are paid through our vendor network partner CloverLink, which charges vendors 10% of each job ($5 minimum, $500 maximum). HostDesk takes no fee. Direct booking on TravelHere is coming in January 2027; once it launches, its booking fee is 10% of each direct booking for HostDesk-hosted listings and 20% for all other hosts.

Optional add-ons on Koli Concierge, not included in the plan: smart lock and thermostat automation, $25 per device per month; camera reports (check-in and check-out reports from your cameras), $50 per camera per month; claims administration, $50 per claim.

Yes. Onboarding depends on where you're starting: (1) don't own one yet → we consult and research with you; (2) own it but it's not listed / no photos → interior design by The Cozy Palette, our design partner (quoted and invoiced separately, before onboarding) and, once photos are ready, a go-live inspection that sets up your listing, configures your settings, and documents everything into your property's Koli profile; (3) already live → self-onboarding is free: connect your PMS and we migrate, connect and list using what you have.

The go-live inspection is part of full onboarding (from $1,000). An inspector arranged by HostDesk visits the home, builds your guidebook, captures your property's details into Koli and prepares your listing title and description. Existing HostDesk clients get one complimentary full inspection per property.

No. HostDesk is software and coordination, not a property manager. You keep your listing, your keys and your margin; Koli works within the rules you approve (Koli Concierge adds a human team; you still control approvals and payouts).

Quote-first: a request goes out, the vendor accepts by SMS, a work order is created, and AutoQA audits the clean (before/after photos, scored and flagged). You can dispatch manually on any plan (including free); Koli Autopilot ($99) automates the routing. The 10% fee ($5–$500) is paid by the vendor.
