Tools that make each stay smoother and give you a clear record. The price is for the automation; buying and installing a device isn't included.
What they're not
Not a security company. No one watches your cameras live. Cameras are outdoor and disclosed, as Airbnb requires. In an emergency, call 911.

Often, yes. Tell us the lock, thermostat or camera you have, and we'll check it works before we set anything up. If you need a new device, buying and installing it isn't included in the add-on price.
No. Airbnb doesn't allow cameras that watch any part of the inside of a home, even if they're turned off. We only work with exterior cameras that you've disclosed in your listing.
We switch smart locks and thermostats on with you at your activation call, or by email. Camera reports are coming soon. Claims administration doesn't depend on a device.
